Get to know your Photographer

At Glenda Photography, we understand the immense joy and significance that comes with bringing a child into the world. As a mother of two beautiful and smart kids myself, I have personally treasured all of their special moments and made sure to capture every milestone along the way. I have always had a deep passion for photography, and my journey has led me to specialize in Maternity and Newborn photography.

Looking back at our family images as a child, I realized the power that photographs hold in preserving cherished memories. The albums my mother had were like storybooks to me, taking me back to those wonderful moments our family shared. I believe that one of the most important gifts a parent can give their child is the gift of memories, and that's why I am dedicated to capturing these precious moments for families like yours.

My decision to specialize in Maternity and Newborn photography has been greatly influenced by my own personal journey. I experienced a long and challenging struggle with fertility while also facing the sickness of my mother. However, amidst these hardships, I was finally able to carry new life within me. This experience made me realize just how fortunate women are to be able to conceive. I believe that the ability to conceive is a true blessing that needs to be celebrated and honored.

The best time to photograph a newborn is within 5-12 days of life or when they weigh less than 10 pounds. During this time, babies tend to sleep more and are still flexible enough to be posed in those adorable curled positions. In our studio, we create a comfortable and safe environment that resembles the warmth and security of the womb, ensuring that your little one feels at ease and content throughout the session.

We understand that being a new parent can be exhausting, which is why we strive to make the experience as stress-free as possible for you. While you take a moment to rest and recharge, we will be there to capture those fun and heartwarming memories that you will treasure for a lifetime.

At Glenda Photography, it is our privilege to celebrate and honor the journey of parenthood by capturing the beauty and innocence of a newborn. We invite you to explore our portfolio and get in touch with us to schedule a session. Let us create imagery that tells your unique story and preserves the precious moments of this magical time in your life.
